Tottenham and Genoa are still in talks over Radu Dragusin, the top center back for Genoa.
The club received €30 million after their initial verbal bid of €23 million was rejected.
Journalist Rudy Galetti of Sky Sports had earlier said that Spurs were preparing a second bid that would be closer to Genoa’s asking price in an effort to complete the transaction.
#UPDATE About Radu Drăgușin :
🇷🇴⚪️ #Genoa rejected a 2cd offer from #Tottenham of 25M€ + bonus.
🔵⚠️ Radu Dragusin sold his image rights to an external company, which is a NO for #Napoli, who asks all their players to give to the club their image rights.

But according to the most recent report from writer Sacha Tavolieri, Tottenham’s amended offer of €25 million plus bonuses has also been rejected.
However, Tavolieri raises a possible obstacle for Napoli, another team interested in Dragusin, in the midst of this setback.
He claims that Dragusin sold his image rights to a third party, something the Italian side strongly objects to as they want all players to donate their image rights to the club.
Napoli may encounter difficulties as a result, which would provide Spurs another chance to make a stronger bid and complete the acquisition of the 21-year-old.
Says TBH:
We are also making a lot out of the Dragusin agreement, given that we shifted our attention from Jean-Clair Todibo to him since Spurs did not want to engage in protracted talks with Nice.
It is useless to waste a few million dollars and possibly jeopardize the deal going back and forth if the manager has given the player approval.
