New sponsor on board the Fijian Drua

The Fijian Drua have officially welcomed Flick Hygiene as a major sponsor, securing a partnership that will see the company’s branding displayed on the shorts of both the men’s and women’s teams for the next two seasons.

Drua chief executive Mark Evans expressed his enthusiasm about the collaboration, emphasizing the significance of having a well-established Fijian company backing both squads equally. He also highlighted Flick Hygiene’s commitment to international standards and its leadership in Fiji’s pest control industry, particularly its efforts in termite eradication programs in Lautoka.

“We are especially grateful for their work with local authorities on termite eradication programs and look forward to helping bring more attention to this important initiative,” Evans stated.

Flick Hygiene Director Mohammed Zakariah shared his pride in supporting the Drua, noting the company’s strong involvement in Fijian sports, especially football. He described the Drua’s journey as an inspiring force that unites Fijians worldwide, making the decision to join as a sponsor an easy one.

“The team at Flick Hygiene are massive fans of the Drua, so when the opportunity arose, we were only too happy to accept,” Zakariah said.

The sponsorship agreement will cover the 2025 and 2026 seasons of the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific and Super Rugby Women’s competitions.
