The head coach of Fiji’s Futsal and Beach Soccer teams will be stepping down from his position due to personal commitments in his home country.
Having taken charge in 2022, he has overseen the development of both the men’s and women’s futsal teams, along with the men’s beach soccer squad. Originally from the Solomon Islands, he brought extensive experience and a fresh approach to Fijian football.
Throughout his tenure, he earned recognition for his commitment to grassroots development, dedicating time to scouting local leagues, identifying emerging players, and nurturing them into elite national athletes. His efforts helped strengthen the foundation of the sport in Fiji.
The Fiji Football Association President stated that in the search for a replacement, they will be considering candidates from the Solomon Islands to continue the progress made under his leadership.
