USA Gymnasts Take Cairo by Storm! All 3 Qualify for Finals, Podium Dreams Alive

It’s an electrifying weekend for Team USA at the FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Cup in Cairo, as all three American male gymnasts have punched their tickets to the apparatus finals — and now have their sights set on Sunday’s podium.

 

Patty Hoopes led the charge on pommel horse, delivering a brilliant routine that scored him 14.666, securing 2nd place in the qualifiers and positioning him as a top contender for gold.

 

Brandon Dang wasn’t far behind, also dazzling the judges on pommel horse with a strong 14.333 score, earning him 5th place and a well-deserved spot in the final showdown.

 

On still rings, Alex Diab fought hard and clinched 7th place with a score of 13.766, showing resilience and determination to represent the Stars and Stripes in the final.

 

The trio will return to the stage Sunday morning in Cairo for the medal events — and with performances like these, Team USA fans have every reason to dream big!
