BREAKING: Miami Dolphins not planning on trading Tyreek Hill according to NFL Network

The Miami Dolphins reportedly have no plans to trade star wide receiver Tyreek Hill ahead of the 2025 NFL season, despite his postgame remarks after the team’s Week 18 loss to the New York Jets. Following that game, Hill expressed frustration and stated that he was “done in Miami.”

Since then, conversations have taken place between Hill and the team, and the receiver has softened his stance. During recent media appearances, he clarified his position, saying he now wants to remain with the Dolphins. When asked by Kay Adams if he wanted to publicly apologize to quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, Hill responded in a lighthearted manner, emphasizing his strong bond with Tagovailoa. He praised his quarterback’s competitive nature and consistency, adding, “This is my public apology to you, Tua. Love you, bro.”

The Dolphins’ general manager also addressed the situation in his postseason press conference, stating that Hill never formally requested a trade. However, there remains a possibility that the team could receive an offer too good to pass up. As things stand, it appears Hill will remain in Miami, but the offseason remains unpredictable.
