The upcoming month promises thrilling rugby action as the Nahehevia 7s and Tabadamu 7s, two major tournaments in the Fiji Bitter Sevens Series, were officially announced today at Paradise Beverages headquarters in Suva.
The Nahehevia 7s, now in its third year, will kick off the series on February 14th and 15th at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka. The tournament will feature 56 teams across men’s, women’s, and youth categories, all competing for top honors. Registration for teams is currently open.
The excitement continues the following week with the Tabadamu 7s, scheduled for February 21st and 22nd at Thompson Park in Navua. This event is set to make history as it will be held for the first time in Navua, home of the Namosi-based Tabadamu team.
Now in its fourth year, the Tabadamu 7s is expected to attract a competitive field, including 40 men’s teams, eight women’s teams, and 16 youth teams. Registrations for this much-anticipated tournament are also underway.
