U.S Head Women’s relay coach on the frustrations & triumphs she has faced coaching Sha’Carri Richardson, Gabby Thomas and Co to 4x 100m dominance

The head coach of Team USA’s women’s relay team has openly shared her frustrations regarding the challenges she has faced in her role, despite overseeing a historic period of success. Since taking charge, her leadership has guided the team to three consecutive global championship titles, cementing their dominance in the 4×100 meter relay.

The team first captured gold at the 2022 World Athletics Championships, repeating the feat in 2023 at the World Championships in Budapest. Most recently, they triumphed at the 2024 Olympics, securing another gold medal in a stellar run of victories.
