Coco Gauff Hosts First Thanksgiving as an Adult at Her Home as Her Inner Circle’s Heartfelt Gesture Proves Their Love

Earlier this year in February, Coco Gauff revealed her plans to purchase her first home. After months of searching, she successfully acquired her dream house in Florida. Previously, Gauff lived with her parents in Atlanta but has now relocated to Delray Beach, seeking improved training opportunities. Following her season-ending victory at the WTA Finals in Riyadh earlier this month, she has been enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

As Thanksgiving approaches, Gauff has embraced the holiday spirit. Reflecting on her Thanksgiving traditions, she previously showcased her cooking skills by contributing a variety of breads, including banana bread, for her family’s feast. She shared on Instagram last year that she prepared four loaves, experimenting with flavors like chocolate chip and walnut banana bread. This year, her culinary pursuits have reached new heights.

Gauff recently hosted her first “cousins/friendsgiving,” inviting family and friends to a festive meal where everyone contributed a dish. Sharing her experience on Instagram, she expressed her excitement about the event and showcased her growing passion for cooking by preparing a sweet potato pie for the first time.

Beyond the kitchen, Gauff has also shared stories of her culinary experiments. While she’s skilled at making dishes like salmon teriyaki bowls and pasta with chicken, she has learned some valuable lessons from her baking adventures. In one instance, her attempt to freestyle a banana bread recipe for her fitness coach’s birthday ended in disappointment, teaching her the importance of precision in baking. Reflecting on this, Gauff remarked, “Baking is a science, and you have to be more precise than cooking.”

When not in the kitchen, Gauff has been making the most of her free time. She was recently spotted enjoying the Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival in Los Angeles with her boyfriend, Jalen Sera. The event, headlined by Tyler, the Creator, included a concert at Dodger Stadium. She also indulged in arcade games during an outing, revealing her competitive streak in classics like Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga. In one Instagram story, she proudly declared her dominance in these games, proving her skills extend beyond tennis.

While enjoying her break, Gauff is also preparing for her return to the court. She has set her sights on improving her performance at the Australian Open, the first Grand Slam event of 2025. This year, she reached the semifinals but fell short against Aryna Sabalenka. Fans are eager to see if she can claim her first Australian Open title in the upcoming season.
