Joe Rogan Reveals the Only Way Mike Tyson Knocks Out Jake Paul at Pro Boxing Bout

At 58 years old, **Mike Tyson** is set to face **Jake Paul**, who is in his prime and nearly three decades younger, in a professional boxing match scheduled for **November 15**. Given the significant age difference, Tyson’s well-known health concerns, and the fact that he hasn’t fought professionally since retiring in 2005 (aside from a 2020 exhibition), the upcoming bout has sparked outrage among fight fans. Many fear the possibility of Tyson, a beloved figure in the boxing world, being humiliated or, worse, knocked out by Paul, who has been dubbed ‘The Problem Child.’

**Joe Rogan**, who discussed the fight on episode #163 of his **JRE MMA Show** with former UFC fighters **Matt Serra**, **John Rallo**, and coach **Din Thomas**, voiced his concern, expressing that he would be deeply upset if Tyson were knocked out. “I really hope he [Paul] doesn’t knock Mike Tyson out. I’ll just be real bummed out to see Mike get KOed at 58 years old,” Rogan stated.

However, despite the concerns, Rogan acknowledged that Tyson is still one of the most dangerous boxers in history. He believes that if Tyson can close the distance and catch Paul off guard with his signature power punches, he could still defeat him. Rogan noted, “If [Paul] zigs when he should have zagged, if Mike can close the distance in a way that he doesn’t expect… Mike has layers upon layers of attacks that are in his mind. He’s forgotten more about boxing than Jake Paul has ever remembered.” Even with this optimistic outlook, Rogan still wished that the fight wasn’t happening at all.

Recently, Rogan expressed serious concerns about the fight, echoing the sentiments of many fans who are troubled by the age gap. A lifelong fan of Tyson, Rogan admitted that he would prefer the boxing legend not face such a younger opponent. He stated, “I wish it wasn’t a thing where a 58-year-old guy was going to fight a 28-year-old,” but added that he supports Tyson’s desire to take on the challenge.

For Rogan, this fight is more than just another bout; Tyson has been a childhood hero and a key reason he became involved in combat sports. The idea of seeing Tyson, a once-dominant figure in boxing, risk it all against a much younger fighter is a cause for concern. The possibility of Tyson being knocked out is a shared fear among many, and witnessing such a moment would undoubtedly be heartbreaking. Yet, Rogan acknowledges that if anyone can defy the odds, it’s Tyson.

The fight, although seen as an uphill battle for Tyson, offers a glimmer of hope that the former heavyweight champion could pull off the unimaginable. The upcoming showdown has fans divided, with some questioning whether Paul has taken on more than he can handle. Ultimately, the boxing community remains on edge as the fight draws closer.
