Did Stephen Nedoroscik just challenge Simone Biles to redefine gymnastics? React!

After reclaiming her Olympic all-around title in Paris 2024, Simone Biles is preparing for a victory lap as she embarks on the *Gold Over America Tour*. The tour will feature her gold-medalist teammates, but what makes the 2024 edition even more special is the inclusion of the U.S. men’s gymnastics team.

Although Stephen Nedoroscik, the team’s pommel horse specialist, won’t be part of the lineup, Biles might be stepping in to fill his shoes. The three-time Paris Olympic gold medalist recently impressed the bronze medalist by showing off her skills on his signature apparatus. During a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the tour rehearsals, Biles was seen training with the male gymnasts. Encouraged by the team to try the pommel horse—a men’s apparatus she’s never formally trained on—Biles successfully completed 360-degree rotations. This led Nedoroscik to jokingly ask, “@simonebiles pommel horse specialist 2028???” on his Instagram story.

Nedoroscik, known as the “Clark Kent of the Pommel Horse,” has dedicated years to mastering the apparatus and was the only specialist on the U.S. men’s team for the Paris Olympics. His hard work paid off, earning him an individual bronze medal. Despite his expertise, Biles’ natural talent on the pommel horse left Nedoroscik and his teammates astonished.

Not only did Biles impress with her skills, but she also inspired Nedoroscik. He playfully told his *Dancing with the Stars* partner, Rylee Arnold, that they needed to get back to the gym, warning her that they had “competition” in Biles. Nedoroscik had initially planned to join the *Gold Over America Tour*, but he later withdrew to participate in the upcoming season of *Dancing with the Stars*. The tour, featuring Biles and her teammates, will run concurrently with the 33rd season of the show.

Although Nedoroscik won’t be on tour, he’s still keeping in touch with his teammates. Several members of the men’s gymnastics team, including Fred Richard, Brody Malone, and Ian Gunther, visited Nedoroscik at the *Dancing with the Stars* studio, sharing snippets of their time together on Instagram. They playfully teased him, with one caption humorously reading, “You’re going on Dancing with the Stars, don’t embarrass yourselves.”

While the men’s team will miss Nedoroscik on tour, they are excited about their respective projects. Meanwhile, Simone Biles continues to dazzle, proving her unmatched versatility even on apparatuses not part of women’s gymnastics. Fans can look forward to more impressive displays from the GOAT as the tour gets underway.
