“Drives Like Teresa, Looks Like Dale”: Supporters Take Aim at the Grandson of the Intimidator for Damaging the Family Tradition Despite Having a “Marketable” Surname

The crazy Daytona keeps going! Jeffrey Earnhardt, his grandson, finds it difficult to run on the track where his grandfather was killed.

It’s challenging to keep track of all the wrecks. Six cars were involved in the most recent one, which happened so close to the finish line. They included Jeffrey Earnhardt, the grandson of Dale Earnhardt Sr., Anthony Alfredo, Caesar Bacarella, and Shane van Gisbergan.

The worst aspect, too? The last wreck is being blamed by his fans on him. Still, based on appearances, it wasn’t. The multi-car pileup started when Alfredo abruptly slowed down—possibly due to a puncture—and the #26 driver tried to escape him by taking the inside queue. However, Bacarella was approaching from behind and collided with Jeffrey.

Regardless of whose fault it was, the Daytona race hasn’t gone well for Jeffrey. Just in lap 1, the Initimidator’s grandson wrecked into Jeremy Clements. Earnhardt’s contact with Clements brought out a caution flag. The caution led to a multi-car accident at the back of the field when Gus Dean slowed down. This incident caused significant damage to several cars and disrupted the race flow. Also wrecked was RCR’s Austin Hill.

Fans aren’t letting Jeffrey Earnhardt off the hook after his chaotic performance.

Fans go hard on the intimidator’s grandson

“Jeffery Earnhardt. Looks like Dale, drives like Teresa.”

“Jeffrey doing Jeffrey things. Oof.”

“Jeffery, we want you to go back out there, and hit the pace car.”

“Jeffrey showing tonight why he’s not in a ride full time.”

“He may not have talent, but he has a marketable last name. And that is what matters.”
