Bears protection: “My wife is a warrior.” Simone Biles’ dominance at the Paris Olympics has Jonathan Owens “over the moon.”

Simone Biles, Jonathan Owens’ wife, just made history and cemented her reputation as one of the world’s best athletes. Although it makes sense that Owens would be content, his happiness knows no limits.
Chicago Bears safety was given permission to take a leave of absence from the current training camp in order to support his wife and attend the Olympics in Paris. Owens’ assistance proved beneficial as Biles dominated the competition, winning three gold medals and one silver.
Jonathan Owens returned to his teammates at the training camp on Tuesday. Additionally, he expressed his emotions during an appearance on NFL Network’s “Inside Training Camp Live.”
“She’s incredible, isn’t she?” Owens said with delight. I’m ecstatic. I was just happy that I could observe everything, feel the culture and spirit, and see how everyone responded to her from where I was seated. My spouse is a fighter.

 

The US women’s gymnastics team won the gold medal in the team competition under Simone Biles’ direction. In the all-around and vault finals, she topped the podium and had gold dangling around her neck.

 

In addition, Biles took home a silver medal from the floor exercise competition. Her overall number of Olympic medals now stands at 11, of which seven are from single events.

Jonathan Owens was seen by many rejoicing while wearing one of Biles’ gold medals around his neck. Biles defended her husband when some social media users attacked Owens for wearing his wife’s medal. One of these posts drew her response.

 

“Crazy thing is, I put my medal on every single one of my family members and took pictures. so don’t ever make like y’all assumptions. are so f**king miserable. Leave us alone”

Now that Biles’ Olympic events are over, all eyes will be on Jonathan Owens to prove his mark. The safety is all set to kickstart his preseason team practice. The Bears will be in training camp till August 15 and will have a preseason game against the Buffalo Bills on August 10.
