Simone Biles Is ‘Unwell’ After Night Out in Paris

Biles had much to be happy about. Three gold medals were won by the Team USA gymnast in the women’s artistic solo all-around, women’s vault, and women’s team all-around events, which included Suni Lee, Jade Carey, Hezly Rivera, and Jordan Chiles.

After missing out on the beam final, she also won a silver medal in the floor exercise. Earlier this month, Biles stated at a news conference, “Beam final is always the most stressful.” “Generally, there is music or background noise of some kind, and to be honest, we do better in noisy surroundings since it feels more like practice.

You tried to stay in your zone because you could hear some of the Android ringtones going off and the photo flickering today, whatever that was.” In regards to the future, Biles—who is currently the most decorated American gymnast in history—played coy when asked if she intended to compete in the Olympics in Los Angeles in 2028.

Is this the last one I do? “Definitely [my final] Yurchenko double pike,” she remarked on her vault performance at a press conference. “Well, that one was kind of a hit.” Biles stated that she’s not completely ruling out a comeback.

She declared, “The future Olympics are right here in Los Angeles.” Thus, you can never be sure. However, I am ageing quite rapidly.”

Following her response, Biles used social media to criticise others who had questioned her about her future plans. She commented via X earlier this month, “You guys really gotta stop asking athletes what’s next when they win a medal at the Olympics.” “Let’s savour this moment that we have dedicated our entire lives to.”
