As he carried on with his routine on the LIV Golf circuit, Jon Rahm was caught in another foul-mouthed outburst, which prompted a pundit to apologize for it.

Since switching to the Saudi Arabian tour, the former world No. 1 has shown intense love for his new Legion XIII team, and he let his frustrations boil over after making a mistake. The 29-year-old, who is the team’s captain and obviously wants to set an example, cursed out on the green during Round Two at Jeddah.

The team eventually finished as the Smash GC team’s runners-up on the leaderboard, tying them with fellow LIV Golf rebel Brooks Koepka and his group. Rahm, though, was obviously disappointed when he dropped to fifth in the individual standings on nine under par, calling his efforts a “f***.”

Interestingly, the hot mic picked up the Spanish superstar’s angry remarks, so the commentator was also aware of it. As the broadcaster waited for the former US Open champion to putt the ball, he answered with a humorous comment, “Fiddlesticks!”

Rahm had previously made an impression on Day One of the competition in Jeddah, where he and Adrian Meronk quickly ascended to the top of the 54-man standings. Rahm has a propensity of cursing on the course, which he repeated during his poor performance. Rahm has done this on several occasions at past events.

‘How is that f****** possible, man?’ he exclaimed during a recent event in Vegas, following up on his last outburst a week prior in which he once again used profanity. The Spaniard then yelled, “F*** off,” after misfiring on his approach shot on the eighth hole. He also became enraged at the 18th hole and yelled, “F***! Be fortunate.”

Prior to this, Rahm had discussed his adjustment to life in the Gulf State after his successful relocation and his shift to the LIV Golf circuit. The Spaniard freely acknowledged that, following the transition, he missed competing at some of his favorite tournaments.

Exasperated by his efforts in Jeddah, Jon Rahm let out a swear word.

“Those weeks were difficult; it was even more difficult to be at home not competing while knowing that those events were taking place in Torrey and Palm Springs. He began, “I’ve explained so many times how important Torrey is to me,” and then, “It’s definitely emotional driving by Phoenix as often as I had to knowing that I wasn’t going to play there.”

That is one of the things I will be missing. I don’t usually look back on the decisions I’ve made. I’m not going to regret it because I made the most informed choice I could with the help of everyone around me, and I’m sure it was the right choice for me.”

The current Masters champion acknowledged that he remains hopeful about returning to play such events in the future. I hope to be able to return to playing some of those events soon. He remarked, “I would really love to go back and play some of them.

In spite of his lucrative shift to the rebel circuit, he stated, “If there’s ever a way back and a way where we can play, even if it’s as an invite, I will take it.” “There’s certain events that are special to me that I would still love to support.”
