Anthony Kim’s erratic opening round at LIV Golf Jeddah seemed to portend further erratic play. The 38-year-old, who recently returned to the game after a 12-year hiatus, shot a six-over-par 76 for the second consecutive day, placing him last among players going into the final round in Saudi Arabia.

At Royal Greens Golf & Country Club, Kim started his second round on the 15th hole and shot five over for his first four holes, making double bogeys, bogeys, and bogeys. Even though he had a great break when the ball skipped across the lake on his approach, Kim made his bogey at the eighteenth hole. The par-4 he initially birdied would be the only circle on his card. At the par-4 third, he made his second double, and he ended the day with 11 consecutive pars.

Kim did not provide quotes to LIV Golf following his round.
