Tottenham stifles Arsenal and Liverpool’s chase by “moving early” to recruit the top player in the European Union

Tottenham stifles Arsenal and Liverpool’s chase by “moving early” to recruit the top player in the European Union.

According to sources, Tottenham Hotspur is prepared to surprise Arsenal and Liverpool by winning the race for Adrien Rabiot, the star of Juventus.

Rabiot and a transfer to the Premier League have long been connected. Having played 42 times for the French national team and won league titles in both France and Italy, he has an incredible amount of experience at the highest level.

The central midfielder should be able to adjust to the Premier League quickly thanks to these reasons. Rabiot has spoken about his ambition to play in the world’s top league on multiple occasions, which has alerted leading English clubs.

Rabiot stated in December 2022: “I have always stated that I would like to play in England during my career. Will it occur when my time at Juventus comes to an end? I’m not sure. Yes, I still want to play in the Premier League, but absolutely. I want to advance within the Premier League.

Those remarks followed after Man Utd and Juventus had settled on a price for the 28-year-old during the summer transfer window of 2022, only for Man Utd to be delayed due to the player’s exorbitant wage demands.

Rabiot might wind up playing in England for one of Manchester United’s main rivals even though a previous move to Old Trafford fell through.

It was revealed last week that Liverpool had begun after Rabiot with Tottenham and Arsenal.

With six months left on his Juventus contract, the star is seen by Liverpool, Tottenham, and Arsenal as a fantastic transfer prospect.

Spurs aiming for an Adrien Rabiot win

The Italian publication Corriere dello Sport has now detailed Spurs’ strategy for trying to get Rabiot before Liverpool and Arsenal.

They claim that negotiations with Rabiot and his camp won’t wait until the summer for the Spurs to start. Instead, in order to be ahead of Liverpool and Arsenal, Ange Postecoglou’s team will “move early” and start talks in the upcoming weeks.

According to the article, Juve is still hoping to sign the former Manchester City youth star to new terms, but German powerhouse Bayern Munich is reportedly “interested” in him as well.

Spurs will nevertheless work hard to try and add Rabiot to Postecoglou’s team. Given that Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg does not seem to be in Postecoglou’s long-term plans, he could take his place in the team.

For Spurs, Rabiot would be a tremendous acquisition. He has averaged a 7.22 rating on WhoScored, making him Juve’s best-performing player this season.

Rabiot might add more leadership to the Spurs lineup because he has led the Italian powerhouses on seven separate times this season.

The only issue is that Rabiot has hefty salary demands, which Spurs will have to match. However, Spurs are hoping that Rabiot’s desire to play in the Premier League will increase the likelihood that he signs a deal with them.
