Spurs seem to be considering him for this summer, even though he may cost as much as £60 million.

According to journalist Dean Jones, “Pedro Neto is somebody on their radar,” GiveMeSport.

 

“There has also been mention of Raphinha. Nico Williams, who plays for Athletic Bilbao, is another player they will keep an eye on. It’s going to be fascinating. Because of the fierce competition to sign Pedro Neto, he will be extremely difficult to get.

 

“But Tottenham have signed a couple of players recently, that they’ve done well to get through the door, and they will believe that anything is possible.”
