Spurs get a major boost when their star player says he’s almost healed from his injury.

Pedro Porro, the recently injured player for Ange Postecoglou, has hinted at an impending return to action.

Prior to the team’s league match against Wolves last week, Tottenham’s right-back had avoided injuries all season long until his absence from the club’s open training session sparked questions about his fitness.

Porro’s injury to his muscles was revealed by head coach Postecoglou on Friday during a press conference. Due to an injury he received during training, the full-back will likely miss a few weeks of play.

On his TikTok account, the Spaniard did, however, provide a positive update by sharing a compilation of him working out in the gym along with the message, “Back soon.”

Porro even answered a fan who said, “How long, Porro, not sure whether to transfer you out my FPL team?” in response to the query. In response, he said, “Don’t sell me,” adding an emoji of a laughing face.

The 24-year-old’s absence was noticed during the team’s most recent league loss to Wolves on Saturday, as Emerson Royal, his substitute, found it difficult to equal Porro’s influence.

The former Sporting defender has started all 23 of Spurs’ Premier League games when he has been available, and he has been a constant on the team sheet.

Porro has established himself as an important creative outlet for the Lilywhites, proving his worth as a defender this season with eight assists. With this total, he is tied for fourth place in the division.

Tottenham’s left-back Destiny Udogie has been injured as well, missing the match against the Wanderers in addition to Porro.

His comeback will provide Tottenham a significant advantage in their pursuit of a top-4 finish.
