‘Come on,’ Jamie O’Hara responds to a West Ham supporter following his ‘Shambolic’ on-air tirade

Following a 2-0 loss to Nottingham Forest on Saturday, February 17, a West Ham supporter said that David Moyes’ team is “shambolic.” Jamie O’Hara responded by clapping back.

Forest’s victory against the Hammers was their ninth Premier League loss of the year, and they had already lost eight games across all competitions.

One supporter called in to criticize the team and the players’ lack of effort, even as pressure mounted on Moyes for his unfavorable style of play.

In a live chat with O’Hara on talkSPORT on Saturday, February 17, at 5:51 p.m., the Hammers supporter boldly declared, “We are a shambolic side.” Palace is superior to us, Wolves is superior to us, and Sheffield United is superior to us, I promise.

“We are a poor team; we are fortunate to have the points on the board to avoid relegation.”

O’Hara answered, perplexed by the remark, “You were sixth a couple of weeks ago.” Come on, please. Calm down. You defeated Man United, didn’t you? You defeated Man United, Arsenal, and Tottenham. Come on, please.

“Come on, I know it’s been bad for the past few weeks.”

West Ham’s frustration levels are rising.

Given that the squad has lost all eight of its games, West Ham supporters have every right to be dissatisfied with the club’s current situation.

Still, the team is loaded with elite players who ought to be playing much better than they have in recent weeks. There are obvious problems at both ends of the field as they have gone three games without scoring and have let up ten goals.

Kurt Zouma’s displays are still falling flat on his face, and Moyes is unable of dropping him in favor of Konstantinos Mavropanos or even Angelo Ogbonna.

At West Ham United, David Moyes is coming under more and more pressure.

Undoubtedly, Lucas Paqueta’s absence from London Stadium has been a huge loss, but one absence does not make up for poor performance, particularly against Forest, who are struggling in 15th place.

Clearly, a significant change needs to occur. However, with no chance to add new players and Moyes anticipated to stay on until the summer, West Ham may have a tough second half of the season.
