Pundit identifies the Tottenham player that must depart the team as “extremely problematic” and “needs to leave

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, a midfielder for Tottenham Hotspur, has been linked to a move away from the team for a while now. Paul Parker, a former Manchester United player, thinks Hojbjerg should depart the team during the January transfer window.

Paul Parker, who expressed his enthusiasm for Hojbjerg and said that he wanted to sign him with Manchester United, recommended that the Denmark international depart the team in January.

He did concede, though, that Spurs would find it difficult to let him go in the middle of the season given the lack of midfield players, especially with players like Sarr and Bissouma away for the Africa Cup of Nations.

Paul Parker believes that the Denmark international should go North London in January, but he also believes that Spurs’ lack of midfield players will probably prevent him from leaving in the middle of the season.

Parker made the following statement to the weekly Danish sports publication Tipsbladet:

I have to admit that I have always adored Hojbjerg. I really supported him being signed by Manchester United this summer.

Because he doesn’t play when everyone else is ready, his circumstances at Tottenham are quite difficult. Although he has played a lot of minutes, his usage has been limited by injuries or bans.

“They won’t let him go here in January, even though he needs to leave Tottenham.” With the players they have headed to the Africa Cup of Nations, they are unable to accomplish that.

The club apparently chose not to renew the 28-year-old’s contract, which is coming to an end after 18 months of play.

The athlete is rumored to be eager to go and even switched attorneys in an attempt to pressure a departure.

Under Ange, he has slipped in the hierarchy; the Australian favors Yves Bissouma and Pape Matar Sarr as his ideal pair.

Although the midfield player has attracted interest from teams like Juventus and Napoli, Spurs’ asking price has prevented an agreement from being reached during negotiations.

It appears unlikely that he will be able to depart in January, though, unless Spurs sign a successor or the offer is too good to refuse.

Hojbjerg is still contributing to the team this season and performing well despite the continuous rumors of a transfer.
